What you think of the acai berry diet?

I'm trying to lose weight, and I am very active, but I find it very difficult to lose weight. Just wanted to know about the acai berry diet will help me. Thank you

Acai berry is just another fruit. They have no proven medical benefits whatsoever. Pomegranates, Concord grapes, blueberries, and red wine all have far more antioxidants. They will not help you lose any significant amount of fat. Apple cider vinegar is just a very healthy food additive. The only evidence of any medical benefits are that it has less benefit for those with diabetes. It will not help you lose any significant amount of fat. Detox pills, and detoxification and cleansing in general, is neither useful or necessary unless you have had long-term narcotic use. Detoxification and cleansing has no proven medical benefits for the average person over the head. It will not help you lose a significant amount of fat. The only thing that will help you lose weight is a healthy lifestyle that consists of a proper diet and regular exercise.
