Deep conditioners for dry, damaged hair?

I have curly, damaged hair. (not bad), I recover about 2 times a week, so it is sorta damaged by it. I'll start using a deep conditioner to help me with this problem, I thought get Neutrogena Triple Moisture Daily Deep Condtions or Alba Botanica deep conditioner or as a miracle 3 minutes. Which is the best of these 3? And can you explain what I do when I use it, and everything?
