Eye firming recommendations?

Hi, Everyone:) I have a two-part question. (1) Has anyhone had good results even with Avon's new Clinical Eyelift? (2) I live in NYC. How much can I expect to pay for a lift to remove bags under the eyes and excess upper eyelid skin?
