What is the best home remedy for a lot of gas? JM?
I have tried all the over the counter funds from the gas phase x to x, vinegar and syrup to Pepto bismol, milk of Magnesia and all kinds of parasite destroyer tablets. Nothing works, doctors ran the test and nothing blocking the colon or the disease is diagnosed. I do not know what to do To stop this from happening.
Have you carefully analyzed your diet to see what could be the cause of gassiness? Do you eat much dairy products and may have lactose intolerance? It can cause severe bloating and painful gas. Do you eat food with a lot of fructose and sorbitol? They can also cause serious gas in susceptible individuals. Read the labels carefully and write down the common ingredients. Remember that when you eat or drink, you're walking around and not spend the entire evening sitting. You seem to have "slow" intestine (still Normally, only a personal variation) and the need to move around to help your body digest and move food along. When you feel gassiness starts, walk around, lay down and turn from right to left to get gas to pass. Do you drink much liquid? Some people swallow much air while eating or drinking, which will also lead to gassiness in certain people. Do you chew gum? Same problem. I have found out that Gas-X works best, not the cookies that seem to do anything, but chewable tablets. Keep food diary for next week, and record the gassiness seems to be the worst. You can find a trend that you can make with nutritional changes.
