Olive Garden's Berry Sangria?
Does anyone know the recipe or one that tastes just as good? Berry Sangria – A blend of chilled wine, fresh fruit and a splash of fruit juice.
Well the foot of some sangria is wine and fruit, play around a bit with the following tweak to what you like: * Red wine (use whatever you want) * chopped or sliced fruit (apples, oranges, pineapple, watermelon, grapes, berries … the combination you want, start simple) * A sweetener such as honey or orange juice, may you use other fruit juice depending on your taste for, ie CRAN etc. * a small amount of added brandy, triple sec, the choice of brandy could bring more sweetness to the drink, triple sec more orange / commented) * you can add soda also, id pass on it myself. Do not be afraid to experiment, the sangria at Olive Garden must have obviously been "berry" theme, perhaps focusing first visit to Strawberry, Blackberry, Raspberry … sounds sweet and tasty, with the focus I would not spend a lot of OJ or triple sec, that is unless you want to "cut" the sweetness with some tartness. A little cranberry juice may make it easier, port wine or brandy can make it "thicker".
