Do conservative parties support universal health care?

Can you name those who do not support some form of universal health care?

i do not know much about other European countries' attitudes, but I know that here in the UK there is always talk of reform and like all countries, and our health system is not perfect. But most British people on either side of the political spectrum would not like to see an end to universal health care. No is a disaster for many of us is very important to the NHS, the Conservative party have talked about reform, but never get rid of it. If someone suggested that there would be riots in the streets, and rightly so.
