Dog Bad Breath: Is this the combination of glucosamine?

We adopted a dog a few months ago, and his breath has gotten worse since then! We know why. We have improved his food: it was about chicken Supercoat & Getting cheap chewing sweets between meals, he now sees Nutrience Derma kibble that has cleared its red skin (lamb and rice based kibble) & No treats in between meals (he was overweight). For health teeth, he now has a Nylabone (& his kibble Nutrience). Another change we've made: it has a small amount of 'Sasha's Blend Day' EA, a glucosamine powder condroiton given to us by your veterinarian to help with arthritis – the active ingredients include shark cartilage and other stuff fish. But the blast was so bad that we have recently started to brush 1-2 times a week (not an easy task and I can never happen to anyone of them as I would like). We have now put a few oral health care to its liquid water (Petkin): a colorless, almost tasteless solution, which is supposed to help clean teeth and freshen breath (we started this three weeks ago). It still stinks!

Besides the food of the oral and dental care of the things you've already tried another cause of bad breath dog bad indigestion. This could be what you smell. Also pay attention if he eats garbage or feces as most dogs try to do. This will also cause bad breath. Have your veterinarian look at him and at least one rule a few things. Good luck!
