Does Obagi's Clenziderm product really work on acne?

I've been using Proactiv (really not doing much) and I've used Dermalogica (did not work for me at all). I've heard pretty good things about this product. Any advice?

If you have really bad skin, go to a doctor and they will prescribe a stronger (better) product. A low-dose pills Birth control pills can also improve your compexion.
