what does extra virgin olive oil mean?

What does virginity mean when it comes to olive oil and fish oil? it means the olives and salmon have never got it or what? I used to know what it meant, but I forgot. anyone?

For "industrial" class: Virgin means the oil is produced using natural materials and no chemical treatment.
