What are good ways to ease the nerves of public speaking?
I have a presentation today and I hate public speaking, so I'm really nervous. What can remedy it?
Make sure you have all your notes with you, do not be afraid to refer to them and project your voice by focusing an object back into space – a clock, perhaps – and deliver the presentation to which. There will always be some ass yawning or talking on the back, so just ignore them. Most importantly, do you think you can do it! You will be surprised how falsification of confidence makes you more confident;) Good luck! xx
