Ramdev Yog
is there anything in particular in the Kriya Yoga lerant from a Guru and Swami ramdevs YOG. plz answer honestly.?
Well …………… Kriya Yoga is also taught by Swami ramdev. Our family is devoted to his YOG and a good experience. do suggest me to learn any other science yoga because this is the highest and poorna yoga by Patanjali as described by him. Swami ramdev also describes it as complete. u all know the physical, mental benefits of Swami ramdev's YOG is tremedous. consider me as a brother then explain this than
India is a big place. A billion or so people if anyone can really count them. Many languages, dialects and accents. Many types of yoga, some we do not even know about yet, and perhaps never will. Sometimes different schools of yoga has the same name as the "Kundalini Yoga" or "Kriya Yoga." It's like looking for a martial arts School: try karate, kung fu, tae kwon do, tai chi, judo. Every teacher will tell you that is their best and they will genuinely believe it. And these gurus have to eat too, as doctors and lawyers and car mechanics, and it is always good to go up. A bigger school is better. Try them all and tell us what you think. Then take the best, combine them and to Sikhs. even if you are not enlightened, but we still want to hear from you and do our best referee, so say what you know as well as possible, thanks.
