What is the perfect body fat for optimal semen / sperm?

I have read that too much or too little body fat may disrupt production of reproductive hormones, which can reduce your sperm / sperm count. So what would be the best Body fat percentage for my body to produce the most amount of semen and semen? Thanks in Advance

Never heard before. I know plenty of guys who are overweight, obese even, who has had any problems fathering children. I am not aware of any direct relationship between body fat and effectiveness of the testes, seminal vesicles and prostate. Provided that you are not overweight, or so emaciated that you have difficulty having sex, I can not see a problem in itself. A low sperm count can be caused by many factors and in conjunction with them, it is possible that body weight contributes to the equation, but I doubt it would be a primary cause.
