What is a good facial moisturizer for sensitive skin?

I've been using Neutrogena Oil Free moisturizer for sensitive skin for years, but lately every time I wash my face (Neutrogena cleanser for sensitive skin) feels like I poured gasoline on his face and lit a match. I have the same feeling when I put moisturizer on. Besides, my face looks so dry and tight feeling. I have noticed in recent days over the bones of verification I'm starting to peel.
