How to apply sunless tanner spray?

I bought neutrogena micro mist spray tan, and I do not know how to use it I read the directions but I still do not get it PLEASE help most people who used this!

Try to apply it evenly in thin layers. Knees and ankles are the most difficult to do, do it in smaller quantities.
