I took 20 tablets of vitamin B12, 3 multivitamin tablets, and 7 multi vitamins what happens, I'm going over dose?

Probably nothing, Assuming that this is something that happens only once. If you are interested, call Poison Control and ask (1-800-222-1222 for USA). If multivitamins contain iron, which could be detrimental, especially for a child. If you take that much every day, you will develop health problems due to an overdose of certain nutrients. B12 is that the body can get rid of surpluses, but others such as B6, may accumulate and become harmful.
