treatment for morning sneezing (allergy)?

hi friends, im allergic to less dust (I think). I keep sneezing in the morning. for the last month I tried levorid-d an anti-allergic tablets.but someone told me that this category has side-effects, even in the ocean also noticed some digestive problem .. I hav to take them regularly, otherwise I get the sneezing and runny nose are there any home made effective cure (no side effect) .. thanx ….
