Proactiv face mask question?

hey, i just started using Proactiv about two weeks ago. I've been having some pimples on my nose, and I wonder if it only after the instructions for using renewal soap -> face mask -> Revitalizing Toner -> daily oil control -> repair lotion -> moisturizer is enough. people say that the face mask can be used to treat individual pimples, but how can you use it after following the 5 step instructions?

I also use Proactiv and everything you do is wash your face, then put a little dab of face mask on pimple before you go to sleep and wash it off when you wash your face in the morning. it works for me every time I get an unexpected break out. hope that helps!

Should I do a chemical peel for acne?

I feel I've tried everything! All products cheap and expensive! Facials with estheticians including light peel, microdermabrasion and extraction, etc. I am so tired of acne and bad skin at 27 years I am getting desperate and wonder if a chemical peel would help. I see a dermatologist once who said I was not quite bad enough for a chemical peel, but I am so tired of acne!

I believe that the surface of the skin is not the problem. It is either adult acne is brought on my hormonal imbalance, food intolerance / allergies, mineral deficiencies, chronic stress, overuse of medications / stimulants, or even a dirty pillowcase I was where you are, and worked with a naturopath. Check your hormones with a good hormone panel blood work. Thing to do – take a zinc supplement every day. It heals acne marks and existing acne really fast. Vitamin A – also. Zinc works better for women in your age group. Every morning drinking water with 1 / 2 lemon in it every day. Try an enema once in a while. This thing takes some commitment, but it works. Hey most of avons new clinical field work, and it has been tested by beautians, and people do try it yourself, the only thing I can recommend is not to listen to anyone, and then test it yourself as most people here hate Avon before even trying it out, as it isn't bloody clnique or Mary Kay or Lancome or Yves Saint Laurant. As with everything you could also use it for a couple weeks, this disc has on it, so you use it correctly. I know that it compensates color, but Im not sure the weather is no scar, but it will help them look less noticeable. If you want something to try and frighten correct and fade peel pads from Avon, they really improve the appearance of scars on the facial skin, and they are very cheap. But any form of exfoliation, and will help. As with sensitive skin it might not be suitable for, but the only way you can know is to try it, or ask your Avon rep if she could bring it around to demonstrate for you, so you can try before you buy. between Dermalogica and Biore which one is better?

My cousin just gave me this big bottle of Dermalogica Medibac clearing facial wash and I'm still in shock she gave it to me free, I know it's really expensive. I currently use Biore Ice cleansing facial wash to keep the breakout attempt and so far it has been to keep my acne to an absolute minimum. Now I am unsure of the value of this product and do not know if I really should take this as seriously as she tells me, because I tried some and I feel I have been spoiled by the cooling effect Biore have on my skin but when this product is so great as it says it is I want to use it in moderation, if not I have an idea to use it on my arm while he prayed, because I seem to have a bit of a problem that day = [tell me! Product is better than Biore? if it is than I would have an idea of how moderate I would use this product.

I've tried others like Proactiv, and another called Acne Free that claims to be better than Proactiv, but it just felt like my face was on fire, and seem to make it worse. I also used Neutrogena Grapefruit acne wash and it is just so so. To my surprise, I found St. Ive's Olive Cleanser, around $ 7 at Ralph's. I think olive oil contributes to slightly damp, which helps with some of the redness and inflammation. You must remember to wash your face at least the morning and before you go to bed.
