Which mascara for someone who already have long thick dark eyelashes?

I already have pretty eyelashes. I feel I need mascara. What type should I come to lift and lengthen my lashes? I do not need volume. Also I HATE clumping, running and flaking mascara. I is a student and I need one that lasts for PE, so it's better to be water resistant. I do not want waterproof, only water resistant, so it has to come out without a lot of makeup remover. Should I be clear mascara and if so what kind? No Cover Girl Máscaras please. $ 15 or less. Any MAC mascara.
