Im using the Borghese fango active mud, which is pretty good. Last time I used it a couple days ago for just cheek area, but the last 2 nights I have not had a good sleep and I feel kind of tired. They are not good at using every day since mud masks absorb oil you do not want to dehydrate your skin. The bottle probably tell you how often is best, I would suggest once a week (max). But if you like to do stitches, I would recommend one with fruit enzymes, papaya, pineapple or pumpkin is the best because they have natural acids that help resurface your skin, but is gentle, they do vibrate and will help blood flow and help heal the red marks. What is your favorite moisturizing / moisturizing facial mask under $ 15?
Although I use a mild soap (Cetaphil) and moisturize daily, skin on my cheeks and forehead are still really dry and flaky. With winter coming, it will only get worse with the cold, dry air. I want to buy a mask (or other facial treatment) that I can spend each week that will rehydrate and moisturize my face. I'm on a budget, so please keep responses under $ 15, or cheap home solutions. Also, if you happen to know of herbal supplements or foods that will help hydrate my skin, I would love to hear about them too. I already drink a ton of water. Thanks for the help! Oats have the best amino acid balance in all grains (amino acids work as water-binding agents in skin care products). Oats have also been clinically proven to help heal dry, itchy skin. I need tips on how should I use glycolic peel first time?
I have a bottle with 30% glycolic peel. I have never used any form of fur before. any suggestions or things I should remember? should i dilute peel, if yes, how much? thnx
You must be very cautious with glycolic acid that can burn when you put it on. You just put it on and wait a couple seconds and wash it off. if it burns you can not use it can cause be too much for your skin. Do not Leave it on!
