OK I'm a guy and i have very light skin (Irish family) My skin has a tendency to sunburn easily, and tanning is almost impossible for me. My face is usually pretty pink or red, with my cheeks are very red. Someone suggested that I use SPF sunscreen to protect my skin. I recently adopted a cat from the local SPCA and I always keep the door to my bedroom close, so he will not come in. It does not bother him at all during the day but at night he cries and scratches at the door all night long. I have been almost no sleep at night the last few nights and need a solution quickly before I fall asleep at work. Let him in the bedroom at night, is not a possibility.

More often than not, the term "frivolous litigation" is somewhat redundant. This is the case with San Antonio-based fuel refiner Tesoro, who has filed a court case in California to block a regulation that would increase consumption of ethanol in the state in 2010. The company operates refineries in Los Angeles and the city of Martinez, said the new fuel specifications could conflict with government efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and could have consequences for the environment and American food prices. " The new fuels Alliance, a group that includes the California renewable fuels partnership, called suit "a blatant attempt at Tesoro to try to use the regulatory and legal process to gain a competitive advantage in the market. " A statement from the alliance continued, "the other oil companies are moving towards increased ethanol use to extend gasoline supply, lower costs and even increase profits. Tesoro did not see this market shift coming and is now trying to gum up works based on a feigned and sincere concern for climate change and food prices. " LA Times blog Green Space rightly notes that "the text of the trial, filed in Sacramento Superior Court, says very little about Tesoro's concerns over food supplies and prices. Rather, the company's core complaints are that California Air Resources Board's new rule comes into force the pace that forces companies to pay for emissions offsets if they do not meet the 2010 deadline, and requires expensive refinery modifications that might not be compatible with California's ever developed, Low Carbon Fuel Standard. " Reporter Elizabeth Douglass concludes: "The problem for Tesoro and other refiners is that the whole move to biofuels is eating bulk of demand for its products. It might have something to do with the company's sudden concern about ethanol's impact on the environment and the nation food supply. " Nice to see even the LA Times can see through this farce.
