You can use a bronzer. It produces a tan by interaction with your outer skin layer. It produced a brown for a few hours and lasts about five days, so you can recycle, if you want to keep the tan. I put conditioner in my hair almost every day. I also use the load of heat protection spray soothing balm and leave in conditioner. Is it too much? Sometimes I leave the oil in it overnight and wash it out tomorrow too
if you are over state your hair it could be sticky and tangled, but I think the thermal spray should not hurt if you tone down and not impose too much, and it Leavin conditioner too, but I'm not so sure about oil, you can not use too much of that more
