Can you use a sunscreen with a cotton swab? I use Neutrogena ultra sheer dry touch SPF 30?
I hate to get it over my fingers and I was wondering if it equally effective to use a cotton swab instead of your fingers.
I want to use your fingers, and just wash your hands afterwards. Yes you can use a cotton swab, but the going to be wasted.
