I was told to take the wild yam, maca, black cohosh root, target ts II, evening primrose oil, Vitex, but I have no idea when im going to start taking these cases to increase the chances of getting pregnant. some ideas. its called reading and research, do they tell you when the cycle is to take it.

I know that the wild yams they say is to increase the chances of getting twins ….. so you can start anytime. I 've never heard of the others though …
